TravelWolf Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TravelWolf websites, mobile applications, and related services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services in violation of applicable law or regulation.
Interfere with system integrity, security, or performance.
Upload malware, abusive content, spam, or infringing material.
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
Automate abusive scraping or misuse APIs outside allowed use.

4. User Content and License

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant TravelWolf a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely as needed to operate, improve, and provide the Services.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit your content and that doing so does not infringe third-party rights.

5. AI and Educational Content

The Services may include AI-generated and machine-assisted outputs. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or not suitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing and validating output before relying on it.

TravelWolf does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

If you purchase a paid plan, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge applicable fees, taxes, and recurring subscription charges according to the plan you select.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation applies to future billing periods.
Refunds are provided only where required by law or expressly offered.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, branding, and original materials, are owned by TravelWolf LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, no rights are granted to you.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate third-party services (such as authentication, analytics, cloud hosting, and AI providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and policies.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, suspected abuse, legal requirements, or operational/security reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAVELWOLF LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TravelWolf LLC and its affiliates from and against claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and TravelWolf agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
